Since its inception the firm has been actively involved in advising States on the negotiation of international trade and investment treaties. Our involvement has ranged from providing detailed briefing sessions to government officials prior to the launch of negotiations, to giving broad strategic and tactical advice on negotiations, developing draft treaty text, analyzing proposed text tabled by other parties, and suggesting how draft treaty text can be "scrubbed" and improved.
