Ms. Jimenez graduated from law from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogota, Colombia in 1999 and completed a MSc in Development Studies at the London School of Economics in London.  She worked as an associate in a Colombian law firm and later as an attorney for the Colombian Ministry of Defense in various topics of international law.

Mr. Barragan holds a BA in Economics from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM) in Mexico City, and is a candidate for a Master Degree in Information Technologies and Administration at the same institution. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Barragan worked for the Mexican Ministry of Finance (SHCP) in the area of taxation of multinational enterprises and statistics for the OECD.
